Guiding principle

Lemon trees have spread all around the Mediterranean and even in Middle European latitudes they can thrive in protected places. Lemon trees have the peculiarity of flowering and fruiting at the same time, so that the lemons can be harvested several times a year, which indicates strong life forces in them. Their skin is rich in essential oils. Their juicy pulp contains citric acid and a lot of vitamin C. Their juice has an astringent and structuring effect. Lemons have anti-inflammatory, decongestant, analgesic and diuretic properties. A pleasant effect is the typical, unmistakable lemon scent, which brings a refreshing and invigorating note to every hospital room.
