Guiding principle
The wonderful blue of lavender may remind us of Provence and the summer sky – the infinite expanse that is reflected in the soul and can manifest in deep relaxation. The plant extends its flowers far outside of the leaf area (vegetative area) and concentrates essential oils in them; the plant can accordingly relieve cramps in the vegetative nervous system. Its forces of light and warmth have a calming, antispasmodic and relaxing effect. The warmth penetrates the body, enabling balanced body warmth and deeper breathing to develop.
